success! results from VistaPrint scam/VPRewards scam warning!
Shopping, Todays Top Tips September 27th, 2007Back in the beginning of August, I wrote about the VistaPrint Scam/VPRewards Scam.
I have since rang them 17 times, each of which I was promised a refund within 7 days.
Someone called Carol was nice and posted a message on the comments telling me to email enquiries@vprewards.com demanding a refund, of which I did last Friday.
I also requested payment for my time of administration, and my hourly charge at work is £300.
I finally recieved my refund from them yesterday - but suspiciously had someone use my card details to purchase a pay as you go phone from 02 the very same day.
I have cancelled the card, filed a police report, and have stated that I am happy to press charges.
I wonder, out of how many people have been scammed by this, how many of you have recieved your refund, and then had some sort of credit card fraud within the same week?

Good Afternoon
I have contacted VistaPrint four times and called and spoken to them on a number of times but no luck. I have just sent my fourth email to themregarding monies being taken from my account.
I used Vistaprint in the past to have some letterhead, business cards and promotional material produced and delivered however I have been charged £9.95 for a promotion with Vistaprint and for another company. This has been taken from my bank account for the last six months. I have contacted my bank who cancelled my card and re-issued a new one. I have emailed them three times and spoke on numberous occassions to one of their advisors, however they still continue to take the money.
I will be contacting the Police if I do not receive a complete refund within the next seven days.
They have taken over one hundred pounds and as a single parent i cannot afford this money.
I want them to refunded the funds and cancelling the membership, to which I had no idea I had signed up to.
I really thought that VistaPrint was a professional company not a company that is ripping people of all over the world.
October 12th, 2007 at 7:07 pm
I just wish this had been publicized earlier, then I would not have ever ordered anything from vista print.
So far they have taken two payments of £9.95 in October. I am about to cancel my credit card, as that seems to be the only way to stop it.
I intend to try and get this advertised somehow so that other people will not similarly be ripped off.

December 5th, 2007 at 12:18 am
I noticed last week that I’d suspiciously had £9.95 taken from my account from a “ClubPrem.com” which I had never been on or had anything to do with. I told my bank and cancelled the card. A bit of Googling today told me it’s a scam related to VistaPrint, which I’d used a month ago for free business cards. I phoned the customer support line on Vistaprint.com and the guy said they’d cancel my subscription and reimburse the money taken. If nothing happens soon I’ll be ringing them back again.

Hi,
The same here. I just contacted them by e-mail using the ‘enquiries@vprewards.com’. I am very annoyed. Please let me know the outcome of contacting BBC Watchdog and the rest. I am happy to join the group and press charges if this is the only way to stop them.
Regrads,
Julia.

I have finally managed to cancel my membership and have the funds re-imbursed to my bank account. I continually emailed them and finally recieved an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
So for those who have not been successful keep trying and hasseling them it works in the end.

Hi
In the same boat as the rest of you luckily I noticed it on the first credit card statement. So cancelled my card who seemed to know all about it but said they were powerless, well we all know thats unprintable rubbish. My suggestion is that everyone reports vistaprint.co.uk and .com as a phishing site all you need to do is click on the icon that appears down the bottom of the explorer window and you can report them as a phishing site. If everyone does this in the end the site wont load and hopefully they will go out of business. Or at least spead a lot of monet setting up again!!!!

I have just discovered that Vistaprint have been taking two payments from my credit card, one as VPREWARDS.com and the other as CLUBPREM.
Credit Card company says that at some time I authorised this payment via a pop-up on the VP website, and failed to cancel within 28days.
They are sending me a form which will kill future payments to VP.
I have also started down the email to VP route, and am encouraged that it sometimes works. Credit Card company gave me the phone number 7818908434 (note no leading zeroes) this number appears to be a Massechusetts number.
Count me in for any group action

I Also ordered some business cards from vista print, after 1 month they billed me for £9.95 under the vprewardsocom i cancelled the debit, I sent them an email complaning but had no replied. I check my bank account last night & they have taken the same amount of £9.95 under a difference name pti europe region..This needs to stop now, the banks cant seem to stop it if the name keeps on changing.

Hi
We are also victime of this awful fraudulent scam. I ordered some postcards for work on my personal credit card and was horrified to find that they have taken 4 lots of £9.95, labelled “Club Prem”. When I rang them up they told me I had signed up for membership, which I clearly haven’t. I was assured on the 08450261100 that it would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed for 2 payments - not so. Earler this week, they reimbursed one month. 2 days later they took another £9.95 - I dont know what to do now. I have just e-mailed them but am not hopeful. I think I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new one, which is a real pain - and why should I have to when they are acting fraudulently by taking money that a) I didn’t agree to and b) Have already told them to stop 3 times! Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, A few days ago I had a transaction of £9.99 taken out from my account by PTI Europe Region, I assumed it was AOL as it was the only expected transaction and amount.
Today I have received a REFUND of £9.99 FROM PTI Europe Region, I was shocked, I went into AOL Live Help and they confirmed that they have charged me £9.99 by PTI Europe Region because their payment system is not working, However I did not tell them that it was refunded today
.
As a precaution I have transferred funds from that account to a different one and only left £40 in it just in case, Is there a chance that someone dodgy has my details?
March 29th, 2008 at 4:19 pm
Hi
I had two weird transactions of 14.95 pounds take out from my credit card on 20 Mar by PTI Europe Region 08450261100. I googled it and found people say that could be for Amazon or AOL. But I’ve never ever bought things from these two companies. Anyway, I have contacted with NatWest & hope to sort it out soon.
April 1st, 2008 at 2:42 pm
I have just spoke to VistaPrint regarding 3 charges of £9.95 appearing on my bank statement. They apologized and said they will refund me all the money and cancel my membership. As this has happened to a number of people, I was wondering if they do refund the money or not?
Thanks.
April 2nd, 2008 at 9:33 am
I also discovered VPrewards has taken about £82 in the last 7 months (from a “sleepy” account so I only noticed now). I spoke with them and they would cancel the “membership” (that we never signed up to !!) and refund the money so I am waiting now for that to happen. I will keep chasing them. It’s robbery/theft basically. I called 0845 6722002. What email address did people use to get their refund?
April 11th, 2008 at 9:00 pm
Hi
I’ve just discovered £9.95 taken from my credit card by ClubPrem.com. I certainly DID NOT sign up for anything when I went on the Vista Print site to order business cards. I did wonder how they could produce such a quality product so cheaply, NOW I KNOW…I just hope my credit card company can sort it out, but will have to wait until Monday to find out. Will keep you posted…shocking though!

Hi, I had the same problem, I checked my account last week and noticed it had gone overdrawn, though I wasn’t expecting any payments to go out. It was £9.95 from vprewards. I remember getting an email from them a while ago stating they had cancelleed my membership, i called them to find out what it was and at no time was I told it would cost me and that it was just so I could get those free offers via email so I asked them to reinstate it. (fool) Anyway after I noticed they were taking money I emailed them to cancel again saying I was unhappy that they had made me overdrawn and so cost me even more money etc. I checked my account this morning to see if I had enough cash to go shopping and they have refunded every penny- RESULT. and all it took was 1 email. Good luck everyone, I’m now off to spend £50 that I didn’t expect to have.

Dear Friends,
I am going to give some printing orders to vistaprint. Do you think it will be safe to give my details to them?
Regards,
Mike

Hi
I purchased some business cards and post cards from vistaprint; two weeks later my debit card was used fraudulently for three expensive purcahses; I had not used this card anywhere else, and concluded that it must be vistaprint, which is why I have looked up for any evidence of other scams. I have not yet informed the debit card fraud department, but having seen what is on here I certainly will do so now.
June 2nd, 2008 at 11:05 am
Yes! here’s another mug been caught with VistaPrint, etc! but I have somehow received four credits from Club prem along with another charge from vprewards & am now in the process of sorting out a cancellation of my crdit card & a refund of the £9.95. This scam must run into millions by now. GEORGIO
June 10th, 2008 at 4:13 pm
Wow… Cannot believe this.
I thought I was carefull when using my cards online. Luckily enough only 1 payment of £9.95 was taken by clubprem. when I’d noticed. My man almost didn’t believe me til now! lol anyway my card is cancelled dont really know what to do from here. Write more letters I guess.
June 17th, 2008 at 1:27 pm
What a scam. I just wish that I had known all this before using VistaPrint! Today I too have discovered that three payments have been taken from my bank account for Clubprem.com I telephoned VistaPrint who gave me another number to call … 0845 026 1100. When I did this, apparently nobody was available to take my call. Now there’s a surprise! I have followed it up with three emails to enquiries@clubprem.com and will continue to bombard them on a daily basis until I reach a satisfactory outcome. Bye for now - I will let you know what happens.
June 19th, 2008 at 7:04 pm
registered to get their free business cards then googled for a review and found the dodgy practices used. I contacted them to say how disgusted i was at their disregard for fleecing customers and that it was no way to conduct business online and if they were honest should have nipped this in the bud as soon as customers started complaining - sometime last year! I received this reply:-
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting VistaPrint, the online solution for “Best Printing. Best Price.”
We have received your inquiry regarding the membership programs being offered on our website. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you might have experienced by what you read on the internet.
Let us explain how this works. When you complete your order with VistaPrint, a page will be presented to you. It comes in an offer of a £10.00 cash back coupon towards your next VistaPrint purchase.
This page contained details about the membership offer including the benefits, services, and the monthly fee to join. In addition, the offer explained that you were eligible for a VistaPrint coupon when you signed up for the membership program.
To sign up for the offer, the agreement required that you enter your email address twice and click on a “YES” button. Next to the “YES” button was the following disclaimer:
“By clicking “YES” I have read and agree to the Offer Details and authorize VistaPrint to securely transfer my name, address, and credit card information to (NAME OF PROGRAM).”
Once you agreed to the offer and the monthly charge, your information was transmitted to the program via a secure encrypted link. If you chose to enroll in the 30 day trial program, you will receive an information packet shortly after enrolling.
We hope you find this information helpful. Please feel free to contact VistaPrint if you need additional assistance. We will be happy to help you in any way we can.
Thank you for choosing VistaPrint. We strive to meet your printing needs.
Sincerely,
Marjorie Daley

There is a very easy way to get around this problem of payments being taken. You must pay using a debit card, then they can’t take payments without your permission. It is also a lot safer than using a credit card! I have ordered lots of products from them and never had a problem, they have even sent me extra products. If you don’t want to get scamed use a debit card! Some people are so stupid!!!
June 24th, 2008 at 2:19 pm
in response to your comment ‘Sam Kent’ this does not mean that we are stupid people at all! I had actually ahd this problem for almost 2 years now and i have never ever used a credit card with them i have only ever used debit cards and yet it still comes out so how do you work that one out!
June 26th, 2008 at 8:39 am
Hi I too today have notice that after ordering “free business” cards, I gave my card details for the P&P… and now I am having two companies per month withdrawing £9.95 each. Of course they had all my personal details as I wanted them put on my business card ie. name address tel no. I now want to contact them and bombard them with calls and emails, I am going to try to find the directors, perhaps they are listed at Companies House as that place gives out home addresses…worth a thought…
June 28th, 2008 at 6:19 pm
I have just checked my statement, and yes I am another culprit!!!! Thanks for your advise guys, I have just emailed them, and I will without fail now, if not refunded go to Watchdog! Will keep you all posted. Sam Kent, I find being called Stupid, rather offensive. I, for one don;t have a debit card!!!!!!!
June 28th, 2008 at 11:13 pm

Vista Print is based in Uxbridge. You can get the details from Company House.
I was defrauded on my NatWest card and the bank told me that i could not stop them taking money from my credit card. Moreover if I cancelled my card , i could get a ‘black mark’ against my credit record.
Complain to the Uxbridge Police today IN WRITING ‘cos the Hendon call centre will tell you that it is a ‘civil matter’ which is absolute twaddle.

Hi There
Sam kent says its safe if you used a debit card, well it wasn’t with my Lloyds TSB card, luckily I noticed after two months payments had been taken, Phoned them up and was rerouted through the 0800 no to Jamaica, The guy on the other end said he would arrange to have my membership cancelled with immediate effect and Iwould recieve a confirmation email that would take up to 48 hours…but it arrived in my mailbox after 48 seconds…suspicious or what? So now i await the outcome to see if I get my refund of £19.95 within 4 days as promised, also I have a meeting with my banking manager tomorrow to see what they suggest, I will keep you all posted in due course

July 3rd, 2008 at 10:44 pm
Hi There
Hi had a meeting with some woman at the Bank who did not seem to bothered, when I mentioned the name Vistaprint, she said Oh! another one, and then proceeded to lecture me about giving my card details to all and sundry and the importance of subscribing to the Lloyds TSB scheme whereby you are able to check whether or not you are a victim of identity fraud, anyway had to get my debit card blocked to have a new one issued with a new pan number ( 16 digit no across the card ), I did recieve a confirmation that my membership had been cancelled by Vistaprint and Lo and Behold there was a credit of £19.90 to my account, so after my first attempt I did get my refund, I might add I will never use Vistaprint again, the card used for the business cards is quite thin, and in a way I almost feel guilty now giving someone a card with Vistaprints details on the back, so I will prbably put a plain white label over their details.
I will say in their favour that they kept their word, however I still feel they need to be treated with caution
Hope this helps.
Mike

Hi, I’ve been buying stuff from Visa Print for some time using only a BOS debit card and I’ve just had my third amount of 9.95 taken out by clubprem.com. It seems no-one is safe. I called 08000288251 (press option 4 on the autoreply) and spoke to someone who said that they would cancel my membership immediately and send me a full refund. I had an email within seconds saying it was cancelled but it remains to be seen whether they will actually make the refund. This is my main business card so do you think I should cancell it and remove any money I have in the account?
July 18th, 2008 at 2:57 pm
I have just found out that vprewards has taken £205.05 from my account since December 2006 and I hadn’t noticed as it is an account I use for my regular bills. This was via a debit card and my bank says they can’t do anything about it. I am wary of phoning vp and wasting even more money and time. I had wondered how they made money from giving away so many ‘free’ gifts.
July 21st, 2008 at 9:49 am
We finally gave in and ordered ‘free’ business cards from Vista Print after being bombarded by offers. Payment for the postage costs was taken from our credit card account on 1st July. This was followed by four purchases of £50 ‘Vodaphone credit card top ups, Newbury’ charged to our card on 9th and 10th July. We were away on a ship in Arctic waters at the time - quite unable to use our credit card!
This fraud may be co-incidental, but seems uncannily similar to others reported here.
July 24th, 2008 at 4:30 pm
Having had two payments taken from my credit card account after agreeing for money off offers I did a search on the web to see if anyone else had experienced problems with VistaPrint and their side kick PremClub and lo and behold there are loads of people reporting this scam. How I wish I had looked on the web before using VistaPrint.
I have clicked to cancel my supposed membership on VistaPrint.co.uk and let’s see what happens. I have also phoned ClubPrem and emailed them to cancel my membership. I have read reports from other people that their money continued to be taken for several months.
Many ordinary people have been duped. Trading Standards tell me that I would have to take a civil action. It’s not worth it for less than £20 which VistaPrint probably bank on. However, if people get together we can deal with this con and help make the world a slightly better place. I will be back with suitable contact details so that people who have been defrauded by VistaPrint can get together and sort this out for all.
July 28th, 2008 at 4:19 pm
I am glad I am not the only one to be caught out by this dodgy practice. I have bought various printed material for my companies through Vista Print for several months.
However after checking one of my credit card statements more carefuly I found they had been taking £9.95 each month since January 08. I have now emailed Vista Print and have asked for an instant refund!!
I have also contacted my credit card company MBNA who were less than helpful. Due to this £9.95 being a subscription!!!! they can not stop the money leaving the account even though they can put a tempoary stop on my card so I can’t use it!!!! the world has gone mad!!!!
I will get to the bottom of all of this and I will get my refund and I WILL NOT BE USING VISTA PRINT AGAIN !!!!!!
BEST OF LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE WHO IS IN THE SAME POSITION AS MYSELF
August 5th, 2008 at 10:48 pm
Well with all the info on here i think a personal visit is required, did they not think that they would one day scam the wrong person, who would not be ”bullshitted”
as they say there is always someone bigger and stronger i think goods to the effect is the term!! see ya soon.
August 5th, 2008 at 11:18 pm
Hi,
I have also been defrauded of just over £200 after I bought some “cheap” business cards last year from VP. I have emailed for a re-embursement and will contact the police tomorrow + LLTSB. Shouldn’t the fraud office be investigating?

Hi
I also have been duped. A payment of £9.95 in June and July were removed from my Amex card after I purchased some cheap business cards in May!
Thanks to all your comments I have phoned AMEX who are investigating, have phoned and e-mailed the b——s. Hope Richard K causes a lot of trouble for them.

There appears to be many hundreds of people caught out by this scam - I too have just discovered they had taken money from me on a regular basis and am as absolutely livid and shocked as everyone else here. The fact is. Vistaprint gave me back three worth of my lost money and Clubprem - their crook partners - gave me back 10 weeks. I never initially asked for a refund - they suggested it first, which just proves how utterly guilty these people are. Frankly, I am still not happy - as I had to change credit card details - waste time chasing these thieves - and also have only been paid back in part. For each of their ‘clubs’ - I recieved precisely NOTHING.
There must be some way the hundreds (thousands?) of people connoed by Vistaprint can get some real justice. I am starting with a boycott of all their services across all british colleges, schools and universities - I know who to contact to make this happen.
I hope these scum go bust - but unfortunately they are rich enough to keep this scam going forever. They only pay a small amount back thus ensuring they get richer for doing nothing - and they know it. So boycott wherever you can - spread the word - warn people - rid the UK of these US leeches. If these get away with this - then we are all left open to all kinds of rip-offs in future.
August 15th, 2008 at 11:46 am
I’ve had the exact same problem, except my order from Vista Print was delivered to my boyfriends house, so they would only talk to him! They say my account has been cancelled but I am of course dubious, I’ve emailed vprewards and I await a reply and a refund. I also contacted my bank (Barclays) who are sending them a letter to order that they stop taking payments, but who knows if that will work. If not, I suppose I’ll have to cancel my card.
August 18th, 2008 at 10:19 am
I have also had an unauthorised debit of £9.95 which uin turn incurred an overdraft charge of £10.00.
Has anyone succeeded in getting a refund from Clubprem ?
August 20th, 2008 at 3:30 pm
WELL i seemed to have a refund in my account, do not know if its vprewards or the halifax refunding me but at least no visit required and i am not out of pocket now.
keep up the good work and good luck everybody.
August 22nd, 2008 at 1:25 pm
I too have been a victim of VistaPrint who have been taking nearly £30 per month from my credit card accounts via VPRewards, ClubPrem and an associated company called ShoppersDiscount.
Google is helping VistaPrint in their scam. I informed Google about the scam and gave them links to people complaining about being defrauded. VistaPrint pay for a sponsored link at the top of the listing on Google which Google continues to publish.
It seems that credit card companies have been aware of the scam since 2006, Google is aware. A class Action has been taken out against VistPrint today in America so let’s hope they win.
http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=149016
In the meantime ordinary folk can only use the methods available to them and stop using any credit card that does not get you your moeny back, use a different search engine to Google. Let’s stop the companies that are helping perpetuate this fraud because they are also making money out of it.
Do Complain to VistaPrint themselves and let them know how they and all who work for them in perpetuating this fraud know what low lives they are.

So if anyone is thinking of writing to claim it back, do so!

I have also had money taken out of my bank account and have sent them an email requesting repayment. I will be speaking again to my bank to see if they can help and will be contacting my MP.

Have just got my bill Visa bill and have found out they have taken 4 payments of £9.95 out without my consent. received the bank told me its not fraud as when I received free cards i automatically signed up to this agreement.
I was totally unaware of this scam.
Have been on to them and waiting for a reply, on the meantime I am tell people who I know about the scam.

September 8th, 2008 at 12:27 pm
I had used vistaprint on a number of occassions and had never had a problem - UNTIL NOW !!!!
I ordered goods to the value of £173, when they were delivered by DHL the driver told me that he could not give me the goods until I paid for them - although I had paid for them online with my credit card and the money had already been taken. I didn’t pay the DHL driver for the goods so he took them back with him. I then emailed vistaprint and asked them what had happened - they just told me that this was a VAT charge, which is totally wrong!
Also, since using my card on this site (the only thing I’ve used my card for recently) I found out that my card had been used for a number of fraudelent activities adding up to thousands of pounds - including 20 flights within 2 days of each other for around America !!
Be very aware of this website !!!!
September 11th, 2008 at 2:49 pm
same here, one amount of £9.95 out my visa debit acoount, went to bank same day to tell them it was fraud, they gave me a number 08450261100 this was the number for vistaprint, its a automated number it asks for membership number then u select an option to cancel, i was told i would receive an email within 48 hrs to confirm cancelation of this account, no word about a refund, but will see what happens next month, if this pursues i will be contacting the police and tell them this is fraud i will be going back to my bank to see what they can do! this has to be stopped, who has the power to stop vistaprint??

Just realised they caught me, too. £9.95 each month for 3 months since I ordered some ‘free’ cards for a charity event. Called 08450261100 to cancel and was assured cancellation effected. Asked for an email address to write to and was given enquiries@membersavings.co.uk so wrote to request confirmation of cancellation and demand refund. Not holding my breath. Sent similar message via the VPRewards.com Contact Us page. CC Company says tough luck on debits to date and for 28 days after date of cancellation. Thereafter they might be able to refund. Cancelling card SHOULD do the trick, but at least one post here suggest otherwise. And what happens, I wonder, if they decide to refund the money and the card no longer exists?

Hmmm - just received an email from BRADLEY at membersavings@vprewards.o.uk assuring me that my membership has been cancelled, that my email address has been unsubscribed from future marketing and that ‘all of my credits will be refunded’ within 2 business days. I would like to think that this means I wil get my money back, but only time will tell!

Yes, I got caught out too, but only with one month subscription fee. I called the 0845… number and demanded my money back and asked them if they were happy to receive a salary from such a dodgy company. They said they would refund the money. If everyone sent out an e-mail on social networking websites.. then news of this scam would get around very quickly. I’ve done it……

Further to posts 55/56… Much to my surprise and relief I received a full credit of all transactions today. I’ll be keeping a very careful eye on future statements, though. As far as I can tell from my enquiries, it is IMPOSSIBLE to stop money being taken from a CC once a subscription is in force. Even cancelling the card won’t do it. Although the CC companies & Banks seem only too aware of the VPRewards scam (under its various guises) they claim to be powerless to intervene. Only if you can provide written proof of termination of the sub will they attempt to block further transactions after a period of 14days from date of cancellation.

Me to, what is even more perplexing, is I found there print service to be very good, fast, inexpensive and good quality.
Maybe that is why ther so cheap.

Got a Vistaprint advert inside a delivery from Amazon today, and was very close to ordering from them. Luckily, just before I entered my details, I checked online and found this warning, so thanks!
I wrote to Amazon suggesting that they should not allow themselves to be associated with a company carrying out such activity, but they responded that ‘Amazon.co.uk is not liable for these promotions or for any products or services offered by Vistaprint’ and told me to take the matter up with Vistaprint. Clearly this totally misses the point of my message. I have no issue with Vistaprint, because they haven’t ripped me off. The problem is with Amazon allowing them to advertise with their products.

Re the VPREWARDS.COM £9.95 payments. I have - like so many others - thought that I had been scammed. I haven’t.
What has happened - perhaps due to my laziness, in NOT reading the small print and just click, click, clicking stuff - have allowed myself to be lured into the web (no pun intended) and after the “30 days free period” have authorised them - yes “I” authorised them - to take £9.95 a month subscription (for the last 4 months from a card I don’t use that often - ironically I only use it for the internet “so I can see if I’m being scammed!!” Doh!).
I contacted my card supplier and they were very helpful - but explained that it is really down to me………. although they did say that Vista Print (yes they had had other customers in the same boat)are quite sneaky - but legal - in doing what they do (hence the disinterest of the police in previous comments above).
Really speaking, in my opinion, they should allow the customer to SELECT to take up their offer - rather than the “free period” situation because, like many people WE ALL FORGET TO CANCEL IT - but they would not get so much FREE money, would they. They know a percentage of us are just to eager to snap up a bargain - FREE BUSINESS CARDS -nothing is free in this world…. so we are all finding out - the hard way!!
You can ring 0845 672 2002 or 0845 026 1100 to contact VPREWARDS.COM to cancel your subscription - but to get a refund - don’t hold you breath - as they have done “nothing wrong”.
Good Luck………….. and next time read the small print.
PS I don’t work for Vista Print or any associated company - I’m just another irate victim.

Me too. Shame the print, quality, and speed of delivery is marred by this scam. I too would be willing to let Watchdog know of the scam being operated by Vistaprint. Hopefully, Nadia at Vistaprint has promised to refund my money but only one month’s subscription as I supposedly ‘agreed’ to the rewards scheme. I will send an email to ask for the remainder to be paid. How shameful is this practice!!!!!!

Yet another scam, I have been done for £9.95 am starting on getting the money back and a report to the DTI and Consumer Protection this company must be stopped if you ring the webside one of the access routes to the customer relations manager is using your credit card number!!! not the best to stop fraudulent use.

Hi This what i emailed them the other day,I am very angry that you had taken 9.95 uk pounds off my credit card ( I will be contacting my credit card company about this matter) . I am writing to you to TELL you, to credit my card back.
If this is not done very soon, I will be reporting this to the Police, and will forward all your details onto the them and my Solicitor.
I will not stand for this and I would appreciate a reply telling me the money has been credited back to my card, and you have removed ALL my details from your data base.and that you will NOT take any more money from my credit card.
I don’t want to have to keep trying to contact you, either by phone or email, as previous people you have coned out of there money.( only one email sent) that’s how it should be, lets see when I get my money!
They replied on Sat 11-10-08

I’d just like to record my appreciation to Vistaprint and/or VPrewards for responding quickly and effectively in restoring £29.85 to my bank account which had been taken without my knowledge. I achieved it by email to both companies and got a message on my voice mail the next day; within a few days the money was back where it belonged! I’m still not sure who exactly made the refund, but I was greatly surprised that it happened so quickly, even at all!
